All orders will be shipped through Canada post , UPS OR USPS  Our processing time is 1- 5 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order will be shipped out to you.

Shipping takes 1-5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be provided with purchase, FOREIGNLUXURYHAIRis not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact the shipping provider if you have any difficulties

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

for Hygenic purposes, NO RETURNS 

exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need assistance with exchanging an item, please contact our customer service email at f0reignluxuryhair@gmail.com. All exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Exchange items MUST be UNUSED, UNOPENDED in the same condition, along with the original packaging. we also require proof of purchase. Once your items have been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received Ur item and that your new order is on the way. tracking info will also be provided.
